Fake blog bonus round

1. Attached is as short clip contributed by Claremont All American Chris
Green, spoken of here earlier with reverence, and a fine dunker in his
own right (a reverse against Redlands being especially sweet).  As you
can see, Chris is "Splitterized" by his son -- a passing of the torch,
as it were.

2.  And this from Marc Corman, inventor (and copyright holder) of the
Corman Outcome Theory, and all-around good guy:

"Note Don Mattingly's reference, albeit without giving appropriate
credit, to the Corman Outcome Theory in the last line of today's LA
Times story about last night's 9th inning Dodgers debacle:

"Solid decision," Mattingly said [referring to his obviously poor and
wrong decision to use Brandon League to close in 9th].  "The fact a
solid decision doesn't work, it's a bad decision."

Exactly...

Marc"

3.  And finally, from Haverford College soccer legend Phil Zipin, on my
reference to the media anointing of the Miami Heat as an "immovable
force"

"Great stuff.  Thanks for your insights, as always.
For your future literary career and legacy, this quote is a bit off:

'Heat are once again being described as the immovable force.'

It's an immovable object.  Irresistable force."

Phil is right, of course.  Though, ironically, he misspelled
"irresistible".  Applications for Fake Blog Editor gladly accepted.
